rush is our second-oldest resident mudi, bred by twisted acres mudi in arizona, USA. rush is the epitome of the few “golden retriever temperament” mudis that exist! he has never, ever met a stranger, and always makes his presence known to the guests (or handymen) that visit the house by demanding all the attention! rush was our very first finished champion and grand champion mudi, something very special to us! he is a great representation of just how versatile the breed can be, and has the perfect “off switch”.

while he is everything we admire in the breed, we have no plans to breed him at this time. the united states has a very limited gene pool, and rush has many siblings who have already produced multiple offspring within the usa. with the current limitations of being able to import dogs into the usa, and the breed’s best interest in mind, rush will not be available for stud use or used within our own kennel. while things can always change down the road, we have decided to keep him intact as he enjoys showing in the conformation ring and he is a very unproblematic, polite intact male.
